Return & Order Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement without any fee.
- Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
- Once an order enters the shipping preparation process, it cannot be canceled without incurring fees. At this stage, if you wish to cancel, please refer to our Return Policy for further guidance.
- Special order items cannot be canceled once they have left the supplier. A non-refundable deposit may be required for these orders.
Return Policy
General Return Guidelines
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in new condition.
- To initiate a return, contact us with your order/invoice number, date, item to be returned, and reason for return.
Open Box Items
- At JP3 Motorsports, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to all our customers. In line with this commitment, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened and are no longer in their original packaging.
- This policy ensures that all our customers receive products in brand-new condition. Opened items often cannot be sold as new, and we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- If you have concerns about a product before opening it, please contact us for assistance. We are here to help with any questions or issues regarding your order.

Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return has been approved.
- If your order included free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Warranty and Defective Parts
- All warranty claims must go through the manufacturer unless it's a JP3 Motorsports product.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping and transport fees for warranty claims.
- If order received is damaged or missing any parts, we must be provided with photos of the parts and package to determine if a claim can be made with the part manufacturer or with the shipping company. If photos are not provided, we cannot guarantee a replacement part will be provided.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
- EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification.
We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Orders are subject to the policy in effect at the time the order was placed.
