Product Description

Do you want to modernize your current AC setup while running the OEM style radiator configuration or have a FMIC?  Have you been looking for a ready-made bracket kit that will mount the Mazda RX8 condenser to the OEM style radiator?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this kit is for you.  This kit was designed with the end user in mind.  It features precision cut and bent brackets that will mount the RX8 condenser to the OEM style radiator.  The mounts utilize existing mounting locations on the radiator and requires no modification to the OEM style radiator.  

Why is the RX8 condenser preferred over the OEM condenser?  The RX8 condenser has a built in dryer (so no separate dryer needed) and is readily available on the market.  It is just as wide as the OEM style radiator and therefore simpler to mount up using this kit.

NOTE:

  • The original mounting tabs on the RX8 condenser will need to be removed/cut off.
  • The ears on the lower radiator mount have to be bent slightly or trimmed to allow clearance for the RX8 condenser.  

We include foam strips to attach to the RX8 condenser (condenser is NOT included in this kit), to mitigate any metal on metal contact.
