Mazda RX7 FD3S Ducted Dual Oil Cooler Kit

Looking to upgrade the oil cooling system on your FD RX7? We've assembled a comprehensive/ OEM + ducted dual oil cooler kit built around CSF 8119 oil coolers, with custom components designed to provide a clean, well-integrated solution for your build.

This kit features a pair of CSF 8119 oil coolers, custom oil cooler ducts tailored to your front bumper configuration, and custom mounting brackets to help simplify installation. We've paired these components with XRP crimped AN hose assemblies and an Improved Racing oil thermostat to create a complete oil cooling solution for your FD.

Kit Features:

• CSF 8119 Oil Coolers – A pair of CSF oil coolers form the foundation of this upgraded dual cooler setup. With how the kit is designed, you have the ability to fully drain each oil cooler without having to unmount from the car. 
• Custom Oil Cooler Ducts – Choose ducts designed for either the '93–95 OEM front bumper or the '99 OEM front bumper. These ducts are designed to direct airflow through the oil coolers for effective heat exchange.  If you run the '93-95 oil cooler ducts and upgrade to a '99 bumper later, the '99 ducts can be purchased separately and are a direct bolt on. 
• XRP Hose & Crimped AN Fittings – No compromises here!  The oil cooler lines utilize XRP Race Crimp fittings and XRP Pro Hose with XK Aramid Braid.  Each hose in the kit is assembled in-house and pressure tested to 600psi.  Lines are routed to mimic the OEM layout and are easily accessible from either under or above the car.  Stainless P-clamps, hose separators, and zip ties are included for routing.
• Custom Oil Cooler Mounting Brackets – Purpose-designed CNC laser cut & bent light weight aluminum brackets provide mounting provisions for the dual cooler arrangement.  Stainless steel installation hardware is included.
• Improved Racing FSM-185 Oil Thermostat – Helps regulate oil flow through the cooling circuit, allowing the oil to reach operating temperature before being routed through the coolers.  The kit includes a remote mounting CNC laser cut and bent steel bracket (powdercoated satin black) for the thermostat, which allows for easier removal for maintenance/service.
