Mazda RX7 FC3S 13B AC Kit - LHD POST-FACTORY INSTALLED AC

Did you or the previous owner of your FC remove or disable the AC system to pursue more horsepower, reduce weight, or just to look cool??  Well, we all know that being hot and sweaty in an FC is definitely not cool these days? (Pun intended).  

This exclusive and only kit on the market retrofits AC back into LHD FC RX7's.  

Our AC kit replaces all the OEM lines, compressor, condenser, dryer, binary switch sensor, and ports.  The only OEM FC part required is the in-dash evaporator and OEM wiring.  This listing is for those who have a POST-FACTORY INSTALLED style evaporator; see photos/video for how to determine whether you have a FACTORY INSTALLED VS POST-FACTORY INSTALLED AC style evaporator/expansion valve

Included parts list:

Compressor:

• R134a compressor with V-belt pulley
• CNC machined aluminum adaptor brackets and hardware to mount the included compressor to OEM compressor mount on a 13B engine
  
• Plug and play harness for compressor to OEM body harness connector
• Drive V-belt (for OEM main crank) - aftermarket pulley setups may need an alternative belt which is not include

Condenser:

• Multiple pass parallel flow condenser with drier attached
• Custom CNC laser cut and bent mount and hardware

AC Lines:

• Set of 3 AC lines with high and low ports located along firewall behind upper intake manifold
• Binary pressure switch which connects directly to OEM body harness connectors
  
• R134a rated o-rings
• 30mL bottle of Nylog Blue O-ring lubricant/sealant
• Stainless steel hardware
• P-clamps and zip ties

Expansion Valve:

• Expansion valve
• O-rings
• Temperature sensing bulb retaining clip
• Insulating Cork Tape
• Thread die for high pressure firewall fitting

These lines require 2-3 weeks assembly time.
