Mazda RX7 FD3S Alternator Voltage Boost Adapter Harness

This is used to have a higher VOLTAGE out, which helps for state of charge of AGM, Lifepo4, and flooded battery. On a flooded battery, this brings the perfect volts per cell (2.45V) for maximum charging of cells. AGM and Lifepo4 both needs between 14.2 and 14.7V to keep a charge state to maximum. As per OHM'S Law, higher voltage = less amp for the same power rating. We are not creating any power or any magic with this harness, we are simply optimizing things. FD alternator are known to charge around 14.1v when starting, and drops around 13.5v when hot. With this harness, voltage stays around 14.7-14.5v depending on load condition, with normal accessories. Don't go add a 2000W sound system and other accessories and think this will magically add more AMP capacity to your system. It is designed to optimize the VOLTAGE at which everything runs, to achieve a greater charging system, and also drop the AMP draw of every electronic device connected in the car for the same power rating.
