Mazda FC RX7 Air Conditioning Kits

So you've decided you want to have working AC in your FC Mazda RX7?  The only OEM items you would need to have from your FC RX7 would be the evaporator (located behind the glove box inside the dash) and dash/engine bay wiring in place to install our AC kit. 

Before ordering a JP3 FC RX7 AC kit, you need to figure out is which style evaporator/expansion valve setup your car has.  Through our extension R&D, we determined there were two styles/variants.  Factory installed vs post-factory installed air conditioning.  Each variant came with slightly different expansion valves and fittings at the firewall.  In order to figure out which style you have, we made a video outlining the differences here:
